My path has taken me through music, bodywork, social pedagogy and energy work, leading me towards a holistic understanding of the human being. Much of this is grounded in practical skills, much in experience – and a great deal in listening deeply to what a person truly needs in a given moment. Music, voice, vibration and consciousness have accompanied me for many years. Today, they come together in a form of work that is both grounded and intuitive.

As a child, like many children, I was clairvoyant and aware of subtle energetic realms and beings. My parents responded to these perceptions in a natural and matter-of-fact way and encouraged me to trust them. My great-grandmother also possessed these subtle senses. From my parents, I also learned how spaces can be energetically cleansed and how to engage with elemental beings in a mindful and respectful way. These experiences were a natural part of life for me from an early age, even though it was only later that I began to understand them more consciously and develop them further.

As a trained singer and former solo soprano, I had the opportunity to experience the effects of voice, resonance and sound at close range – on stage, in teaching, and later through sound work. Sound touches us. It sets things in motion, opens inner spaces, calms the nervous system and can awaken something within us that is often difficult to put into words. These experiences shape the sound spaces I create today: vibrant, intuitive, transformative and deeply touching.

Through Shiatsu, acupressure massage and various training programmes in bodywork and energy work, I came to understand the meridians as pathways for the body’s flow of energy. Modern research is increasingly revealing parallels with fascial structures – a fascinating bridge between traditional knowledge and contemporary science. In this sense, energy work is not something detached or abstract to me, but rather a subtle awareness of the body, its resonance, tensions and inner movements.

In addition, my training and experience in shamanic work, THEKI®, Mindflow, tachyon energy work and mediumship have shaped the way I consciously work with subtle energetic levels. At the heart of this work are presence, inner alignment and a refined perception of what is emerging. It is important to me to take inner perceptions seriously and to accompany processes of change with care and awareness. This work continues to show me how essential grounding, self-reflection and inner clarity are – both for myself and when accompanying others.

Transformation has been a recurring theme throughout my life – a gradual process of moving closer to my soul’s path: looking inward, recognising, transforming and realigning wherever change is needed. Many challenges on my own journey have taught me to understand more deeply and to trust my inner perception. I, too, remain on this path – continuing to learn, unfold and develop.

My professional background in Social Work brings grounding and clarity to what I do. The person-centred approach developed by Carl Rogers, systemic perspectives and many years of supporting people in challenging life situations have taught me to listen attentively, perceive carefully, respect each individual and avoid premature judgement. My focus is on a person’s resources and on strengthening independence, personal responsibility and self-efficacy. This knowledge and attitude inform every sound session as well as every individual session.

Today, I bring all these elements together – sound, voice, body awareness, energy work, subtle perception and counselling skills – in an approach that is heart-centred, sensitive and at the same time professionally grounded. I support people in releasing tension, opening inner spaces, recognising and transforming patterns, and reconnecting with their natural rhythm. I understand transformation as a process that strengthens self-regulation, self-determination and inner clarity – always at one’s own pace, with mindfulness and respect for clear boundaries.
