Sacred Sounds – Sound Evening in a Small Group (max. 8 people) Let the resonating sounds of the singing bowls carry you into a space that is gentle, luminous, and ethereal – yet deeply moving. As you lie comfortably, your body can let go, your mind can become still, and your soul can embark on an inner journey. The healing vibrations work on all levels and can facilitate deep regeneration, inner imagery, or the theta state. Sound vibrations can set profound transformations in motion. A sound evening is vibrant and ever-changing – it is created anew each time, in harmony with the group, the themes of the evening, and the shared energy. Because we gather in a small, intimate group, a safe space is created where openness, trust, and shared experience have room to flourish. So it's possible that we might: -continue listening to the singing bowls, monochord, or gong -experience a drum journey – carried by my voice and the shamanic drum -immerse ourselves in a drum healing circle – with shared drumming, rattling, or listening -sing mantras – accompanied by a shruti box or guitar -or intuitively weave everything together The focus always remains clear: A safe space for sound, vibration, inner movement, transformation, and genuine connection – to yourself and within the group. The small group setting allows for: -a deeper arrival -greater personal presence - trusting processes - recurring encounters that deepen over time Each sound evening can be exactly what is needed in the moment: relaxing, transformative, heart-opening, clarifying, or simply nourishing and connecting.
