Laying on of hands is a powerful method for harmonizing your life energy, releasing blockages in your energy and chakra systems, and activating your self-healing powers. Through the gentle placement of hands, universal source energy is channeled to support the natural energy flow in your body. PROCESS & DURATION: The treatment takes place while you are sitting or lying down on your clothed body and typically lasts approximately 45–60 minutes, including a preliminary consultation and a period of quiet reflection afterward. Life force, also known as prana, chi, or light, is the driving force behind all processes in the body. A free flow of energy signifies physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When this flow is disrupted, we feel tired, weak, or susceptible to illness. By consciously focusing and directing this energy, healing, pain relief, and deep relaxation can occur. I may also receive the impulse to work with acupuncture points on the physical level and to further activate meridians. As a trained acupuncture massage therapist, I have these tools at my disposal. Similarly, I may receive the impulse to create sounds, whether with my voice, singing bowls, or tuning forks. If you are ready, we will incorporate whatever feels good for you. However, the primary focus of this session is to strengthen the energy flow and activate your self-healing powers through the laying on of hands. If, during treatment, it becomes apparent that an issue has deeper roots, such as in the form of limiting beliefs or primal traumas, a supplementary THEKI individual session may be beneficial. If an issue is related to your place of residence or property, a house cleansing may also be helpful.
